Performed by singers and repetiteurs from the first year of the Guildhall Opera Course, Opera Makers features new works written by composers and librettists on Guildhall’s MA in Opera Making & Writing alongside a selection of opera scenes from classic repertoire.
The three new operas being premiered in this production are Lantern Fish by composer Luka Venter and librettist David Bottomley; Lost Property by composer Anna Disley-Simpson and librettist Olivia Bell; and Reborns by composer Elif Nur Karlidag and librettist Stanley Lawson.
